COMPANY

1.1 The company is responsible for enforcing all services stipulated in the program. It is not the responsibility of the company to interrupt programs for reasons of force majeure such as political situations, strikes, natural disasters, delays in transportation, climate problems, etc.

The company will make the necessary arrangements to find the favorable solution for the passengers, however, if there is any expense that is derived will be on behalf of the passengers.

1.2 MERKARY VIAJES, for justified reasons, reserves the right to modify the itinerary that it considers necessary for the improvement of the trip.

1.3 MERKARY TRAVEL, is not responsible in case a delayed flight or Transport line alters the normal schedule of our programs.

1.4 In case passengers interrupt the tour they are not eligible for any refund.

1.5 NO SHOW, for voluntary cancellation, illness or accidents, if not presented the day of departure of the trip will be 100% loss. No refunds will be made for services not used by the passenger on the date, and may not be used at any other time.

a. Reservations

Reservations will be made by phone, (511) 6533360 / 986657070 or by e-mail reservas@merkaryviajes.com as well as in our office; calle Manuel Lorenzo Aguirre 291 dpto. 503 Urb. Las Lilas, Santiago de Surco, Lima Peru.

b. Data for reservations

Surname and first name, nationality, identity documents, age, hotel contact phone or address.

c. Rates

All rates are expressed in US Dollars, only including the services specified in each program. These rates do not apply for long weekends or holidays. Rates do not include IGV.

Rates for children. – Children from 0 to 3 years old can travel by paying the cost of mobility and in case of the hotel can share a bed with an adult, except that they do not have the right to any service. Minors from 3 years old pay the adult fare with all rights. To consider minimum child fare must be 2 adult passengers.

d. Online Payments

To improve your shopping experience, the payments made on the site are made with the Openpay payment processor, are made in a secure manner and with strict security standards.

e. System of payment

They shall be made in accordance with the following specifications:

50% of the cost of the program when confirming the reservation.

50% remaining 15 days before departure of passengers.

Once the deposit is made, send scanned e-mail copy of the deposit slip.

e. Cancellations

For this purpose, it is planned to withhold for cancellations of reservations produced between:

20 days before service delivery 70 per cent of net value.

07 days before the provision of services 85% of the net value.

· 2 days-No show / Voluntary cancellation, illness or accidents, if not presented the day of departure of the trip will be 100%. No refunds will be made for services not voluntarily used by the passenger on the date, nor may they be used at another time.

PERSONAL DOCUMENTS

Personal documentation is required for travel, such as; passport and/or personal identity card, necessary visas according to the chosen destination.

The possession of travel documents to be carried is the sole responsibility of the traveller, who therefore assumes the consequences of the partial or total loss of such documents.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation will be confirmed as requested unless, due to unexpected circumstances or high seasons, MERKARY VIAJES considers the change of the hotel for another of similar characteristics and/or category, in accordance with current hotel policies.

The Check In and Check Out times will be in accordance with the rules of the chosen hotel, varying in each city.
